We gave an early Easter to Alpha Cottages Children’s Home of goods, clothes and books together with Titanium Motorcycle Club and Impala Car Hire. They also had fun with motobike displays during the Great Zimbabwe Rally 2024.
The children that end up at Alpha Cottages in Masvingo include orphans and others that would have been abandoned by their parents. They are usually referred to this home by the government’s department of Social Welfare. At Alpha Cottages, they stay in houses which simulate proper families. The children will generally leave the home after reaching the age of 18 when they are ready to face the world on their own, or if they get adopted by foster parents.
