How Claims Work

Dealing with loss is never easy. Dealing with all paperwork  and administration is usually difficult. This is why Firstlink’s claims process is simple and straight forward.

 

 

Claims Notification

You submit your claim form with all the supporting documentation.

 

 

Document Processing

We will alert you that we have received your claim and submitted it to the insurer for processing.

Capture Claim

Assessment and verification  -> the insurer will appoint an assessor and verify documents.

 

Payment

Payment will be made to the beneficiary bank account and proof of payment will be sent to you.
