It covers loss or damage to equipment, its standard accessories, and parts by:
• Accidental collision or overturning or collision or overturning consequent
upon mechanical derangement
• Fire, external explosion, self-ignition or lightning
• Burglary, or theft
• Malicious damage
• Other specified risks
Cover can be extended to include public liability due to use of the plant, transit
cover when being transported, hired in plant and recovery cost among many
other extensions.
